Merriam-Webster dictionary defines an entrepreneur as one who organizes, manages, and assumes the risks of a business or enterprise. Sometimes we get discouraged when we look through the phone book for professionals to render services that we need, because it feels like there’s a long list of companies that want to earn our business.
As Christians, we need to be concerned with the needs of people within our families, churches and community-at-large. One powerful way for Christians to represent and support God’s plan while being a blessing is through entrepreneurial endeavors; starting companies rooted in our desire to see the gospel transform others for the common good.
We have compiled a list of Christian business people and entrepreneurs which have great visions, dreams and aspirations. This list of people within the church are Anointed for Business!
Entrepreneurs are more than those actively involved in building a business. An “entrepreneur” is someone who takes possession of a venture or idea and assumes responsibility for the outcome; it’s someone who takes control of his or her life and assumes responsibility for it. A “Christian entrepreneur” does that to the Glory of God.
-Ephesians 3:20,21: ”To Him who by means of his power working in us is able to do so much more than we can every ask for or even think of: To God be the glory in the church and in Christ Jesus for all time, forever and ever!”
