Who We Are and What We Do

GriefShare is a friendly, caring group of people who will walk alongside those going through one of life’s most difficult experiences. You don’t have to go through the grieving process alone. GriefShare seminars and support groups are led by people who understand what you are going through and want to help.

Mission Statement

The mission of the Trinity Mt. Carmel (TMC) GriefShare Ministry is to offer comfort, hope, and encouragement to our members and the community at large who have suffered the loss of a family member or friend.

Theme and/or Outreach Strategy

The TMC GriefShare Ministry will continue its effort to serve it’s members and the community by holding regular weekly sessions where anyone can attend at anytime. We will continue to inform our members and the community of our sessions through announcements and mailings to other local congregations, funeral homes, nursing homes, hospitals & hospices, and Christian counseling centers.

GriefShare Facilitators Needed

Do you have a heart for helping people? Do you comfort those who are hurting?
Have you gone through a healing process after the loss of a loved one and have
empathy for others dealing with similar losses?
If you can answer yes to these questions, and you are a lay member of TMC, the
TMC GriefShare Ministry needs you!
Training will be provided for anyone interested in serving. Please contact Patricia
